The Muskoka is our new Reference grade, audiophile bookshelf speakers that sings to the acoustic Gods. The ultra-dense ¾-inch solid birch enclosure is made from historic old-growth timber reclaimed from the cold, dark depths of the Muskoka Region waterways. This ultra-dense "Riverwood" imparts superior tone, while the intricate grain patterns and rich color are stunning to behold. The new flagship Muskoka series Reference bookshelf sleek design comes in 2 different configurations (active and passive) and has been designed by award winning industry professionals with over 100 years experience. 

Each breathtaking speaker is meticulously handcrafted in the Ottawa Valley. We make it a priority to use local sources–78% of the build cost goes to businesses or people within 500Km of our production facility.  By building in small batches and using local supply chains we have the utmost confidence in the quality of our products and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty!

Technical Specifications

Our audiophile grade, 7" Mid-bass woofers are perfectly blended with our new Air Motion Tweeters providing maximum soundstage with an organic tonal sophistication.  These Reference Bookshelf speakers utilize our custom reference cross over network, with impedance control to ensure perfect detail resolution.  The Muskoka speakers are the only solid wood cabinet on the market that has better qualities than traditional MDF.  The front panels have been re-enforced with our proprietary anchoring system to ensure zero baffle movement even during maximum music playback. 

Our engineering team utilized our full size anechoic chamber and audio precession analyzers to perfectly design this remarkable audiophile grade speaker. The Reference grade high efficiency speakers will fill any size room with clear undisturbed low, mid and high frequency detail.  

The powered or active version systems comes with an internal high power dual channel 250W ultra-low distortion bookshelf level, stereo configuration to fill the room with sound and style.  The amplifier utilizes modern ultra low distortion >0.02% Class D amplifier with high resolution feedback network.   The super efficient and cool running amplifier has dual audio source input with automatic switching technology for Bluetooth 5.0 with Apt-X technology or stereo RCA input for easy connection to an external device such as turntable or CD player without any external components.  This system design is so simplistic that no external remote control is needed.  Setup, auto-connect and play stereo music within seconds!

The Passive version of the Muskoka has the acoustic transducer design with the customized crossover network and premium 5 way gold plated binding posts.
