Riverwood Acoustics Continue To Reclaim Sales Via New SoundBar and CMO
Ottawa, ON – Local business, Riverwood Acoustics announced the launch of their new product, the St. Lawrence 2.1 Active SoundBar with Bluetooth and EARC HDMI. After almost two years of research and development Riverwood Acoustics, the speakers made from reclaimed riverwood sold out in less than a day, positioning the brand at the top of the high-end line of home speakers and theatre.
Due to the complexity of the woodworking, the company is limiting the production of these St. Lawrence speakers to 100 total and already have a waiting list. Each speaker is meticulously assembled by hand in the Ottawa Valley as the company continues to make it a priority to source locally. Company co-founder Ben Seaman explains that “this is an industry first in architecture design with quad high fidelity full-range drivers coupled with a 6 array high powered down-firing subwoofer”.
Riverwood Acoustics also announced this week that they have named Michael Wood as their Chief Marketing Officer on a part-time basis. Riverwood Acoustics co-founder Scott Rathwell said “Having Michael Wood join Riverwood Acoustics as our new CMO is a perfect culture and interest fit as we both have a passion for small businesses and music. We at Riverwood are excited to see the expansion of the Riverwood brand and a secure future”.
Riverwood Acoustics is also excited to have recently been added to products sold on Canada’s oldest retailer, The Hudson Bay Company. A perfect fit for the two brands. Riverwood Acoustics is proud to be the recipient of the Ottawa Network's Bootstrap Awards Green Award and recently won a 2021 Ottawa Business Award.
